All products sold by Dialed RX are strictly intended for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic application, or any form of bodily introduction. By purchasing from Dialed RX, you acknowledge and agree that you will use all products exclusively for legitimate research purposes in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Dialed RX is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed and shipped.
Dialed RX ships to addresses within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened and undamaged products only. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for complete details on eligibility and procedures.
All content on the Dialed RX website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dialed RX and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
