All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs. Standard shipping delivers within 3-5 business days and is available on all orders. Expedited shipping delivers within 1-2 business days for an additional fee. All orders are shipped with appropriate packaging to ensure product integrity during transit, including temperature considerations where applicable.
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $150. The free shipping threshold is calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes and after any discounts or promotional codes have been applied. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only; expedited shipping rates still apply regardless of order total.
Currently, Dialed RX ships to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time. International shipping is not available. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address where the sale or possession of our products may be restricted by law.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package. If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of your order, please contact our support team for assistance.
If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. In the event of a confirmed lost or damaged shipment, we will send a replacement order or issue a full refund at your preference, at no additional cost to you.
